ADMISSION POLICIES
- Registration for admission is for LKG only.

Admission for LKG is decided by the Selection Committee in the beginning
of the academic year as per the availability of Seats.

Registration does not guarantee admission.

Updates of an Admission status will be sent through SMS and Email from school to
your registered Mobile number and Email Id.

The LKG admissions are decided by the Selection Committee after meeting the
parents and the child on the dates given by the Committee.

The school admits the Child only after she is selected by a Selection
Committee.
- No recommendations entertained and donations are not accepted.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Online Registration will be done on the school website:www.sthelenspreprimaryhyd.com
- Offline Verification/Processing will be done by the Selection Committee.
- Confirmation/Rejection/On hold message will be sent to the individual
registered mobile numbers.
- Once the admission is confirmed the original documents have to be submitted to complete the admission process in the school office on the given date and time mentioned in the confirmation letter.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION FOR LKG ADMISSION 2025- 2026
- Child should be born on or after 1st March, 2021 on or before 28th February 2022 .
- Registration does not guarantee admission,
- For further updates, kindly
follow the SMS and Email from school to the registered Mobile number and Email Id.
- There will be a Processing/verification of the Registration form by the
management along with the Selection Committee for which both the
father and mother need to be present with the child for the meeting, on
receiving a SMS and Email from the school.
- In case furnishing of wrong information in the application, the admission
will be cancelled.
- Most importantly, the Management do not accept any donations nor recommendations for admission is entertained.
Documents required /Kindly come with the following documents at the time of verification
- A hard copy of the online Registration form.
- Copy of child’s Birth Certificate from GHMC/Municipalities/Revenue
Authorities.
- Copy of Aadhar card of the child, Residential Proof of the parents.
- Father’s Qualification Certificates.
- Mother’s Qualification Certificates.
- Salary Certificate / IT Returns of both the parents.
- A recent passport size photo of the child and a family photo along with the child's siblings.
- A copy of the SA - 1 Progress Report of the siblings, if any, studying in R.C.H.S.

Instructions to be followed while Filling the Form
- Kindly fill in all the details given below carefully in block letters.
- Child's Name and Date of Birth must be according to the birth certificate.
- The child should be born on or after 1st March, 2021 on or before 28th February 2022 only to be eligible to apply or else the form will be discarded.
- First language once opted for cannot be changed.
- The field which is not applicable, it has to be filled with NA.
- After completing and submitting the form Pay the Fees to confirm the submission of application.
- The admission form is only for female candidates, any forms filled for male candidates will be discarded.
- At the time of scrutiny if any variation is found between the details filled online and documentary evidence produced later, the admission shall be cancelled
Following documents to be Uploaded while Filling the Form
- Copy of the Birth Certificate.
- Copy of the Aadhar Card and the Residential Address proof.
- Father's Qualification Certificates.
- Mother's Qualification Certificates.
- Salary Certificates / IT Returns of both the Parents.
- A copy of SA- I Progress Report (2024-2025) of siblings, if studying in Rosary Convent High School.
- A recent passport size photo of the Child and a Family photo (with the child and siblings)
- Form is successfully submitted if the Status is Pending and Payment Status as Paid
- While paying admission form fee, after the payment is done you are requested to wait for sometime for the page to redirect back to the application page and the payment status to be marked as paid.
- Registration does not guarantee admission, for further updates kindly follow the SMS sent from the school to the registered mobile number.
